PILATES AT NOON

Get fit and strong!

Pilates primarily works the internal abdominal muscles (your core) making you look and feel better in record time!
A strong core means less back pain, better posture, and a shrinking waistline!

Class is taught on multiple levels, suitable for beginners or intermeidate. Class is 50 minutes long.
$15 drop -in or $60 for 5 classes, so that you can attend when you can get away from work.

LINE DANCING WITH WINE COUNTRY LINE DANCE

ABSOLUTE BEGINNER/BEGINNER LEVEL LINE DANCE

This class is for people who like to move to all music genres, no previous line dance experience and no partner needed. You will learn line dances with basic steps and terminology. Each class is an hour long and builds upon the previous class. Dress comfortably and bring dance shoes or leather soled shoes.

This is an ongoing class for dancers who have been line dancing for awhile and who are familiar with line dance terminology. We learn the latest choreographed dances as well as the classics. Each class consists of learning a new dance and reviewing dances learned in the previous weeks.

HEALING MOVEMENT with DOT SPAET

4:30-5:45pm

This is a small group program, open to people with issues such as back, neck, shoulder pain who feel that taking a "regular" exercise class doesn't work.  Individual attention. 
This class will concentrate on gentle movement designed to relieve pain in most joints.
